★ ★ ★ ★ ★ very poor service. waiting for almost 40 mins. the chicken not crunchy at all. no cheese on top of the cheesy wedges. real scam. didnt give mix vegetables. didn't give sauce. this not the way you treat yr customer via online. really disappointed with the service. ill never coming again to this branch !!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the staff's name is Fatimah, if I'm not mistaken she wears a black line uniform, very rude with a sour face, rude, angry with other staff, doesn't want to talk to customers..there is 1 family she wants to order..listen to Fatimah's voice talk near the counter he said order don't even know want to order..omg..then 1 family came out of the restaurant..suggest me. to fatimah, if you don't want to work, stop ... because your service is very bad to customers ... just go back to the village

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After loads of shopping in Tesco we hungry bunch decided to end up in KFC for some lunch at around 2PM, after several attempts we discovered most of the items were not available, terribly disappointed we ordered what was available. A twister meal, and a mango peach vanilla pudding. While most of the items on the meal was good, the fries were sad, they were limp, oily, soggy and cold. We immediately requested for a replacement and after about 3 minutes was delivered. Not sure why we were even served those sad fries initially, service was not very attentive. Finally we had to go elsewhere to quench our hunger.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience in kfc ever. Dont come here. Kfc chicken is good but the staff here really rude. I line up to order at the kiosk because the counter cannot the staff said rudely. Then after a while line up suddenly the staff came not even ask me politely to cross me at the kiosk then she said rudely pergi beratur kiosk sebelah like seriously. Really rude n not compromise. i will promise never come to this worst kfc expereience ever

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No words can literally express my disappointment with this KFC outlet! The Counter Malay girl with the black uniform was extremely rude. It was 7.40pm and I came to this outlet after a tiring grocery run with my kids only to stand in a queue for more than 45 minutes and there were only two people in the queue before me. When it came to my turn to order, very bluntly and without care, she told me and my kids that ‘Sorry, ayam dah habis’, and I was like do I need to wait for you to prepare a new batch of chicken? She then responds with a high pitched tone saying ‘Kita tak goreng lagi sebab dah nak tutup!’ I was dumbfounded. It was only 8.20pm, how can they be closing now?! I asked , she kept saying ‘ dah nak tutup, u pergilah KFC lain’ I then told her, next time if you have limited chicken in stock, please inform the customers in queue that fried chicken will not be enough and you’ll be ‘closing’ , so that we don’t need to waste our time standing in queue with kids for nothing! I walked off and headed to KFC Pandan Indah and the service there was FANTASTIC! Please, for the love of God, hire a better team in this Lotus KFC outlet!
