β β β β β KFC at tesco ara damansara is the pits! The staff are clueless. Waited in que for nearly 15 minutes only to be told there is no stock of burgers. Save us the time people, put up a notice man!!

β β β β β Worst KFC ever. We don't mind if you gave chicken breast, but this is beyond edible. Chicken is super dry and it is like eating sandpaper. Is this chicken from last night? Please don't treat your customers like scrapeater or food disposal. We paid for our food. Even basic chili sauce is not provided for take away.

- bun , stone alike. .
Guys , have a visit to get a brand new experience with KFC ?.
Anyway,. I won't come again.

β β β β β Chicken is cold and dry, it's so cold it's literally room temperature. French fries is cold and dry too. No coleslaw, no wedges. I can accept average, but this is at the bottom. The worst KFC experience ever. Please improve your quality.

β β β β β The worst. I live nearby and try to close 1 eye on the poor service and food quality but that's it!!! No more.
Dirty, horrible staff, get orders wrong all the time, long queues, always out of food, unable to take card/ewallet as payment many times.....the list goes on
Why don't KFC check on premises to ensure better quality and standards are maintained.
There is another kfc nearby that's miles better, a clear improvement on food quality
Ruins my day, going to this place.....

β β β β β Come to this KFC if you donβt mind waiting 20 mins queuing. There is only one staff doing everything at the front counter. I feel bad for the staff. The management should do something. This is not the first time I queued for more than 20 mins just to order food for 1 pax. You have 3 counters. Only one open, one staff. obviously you lack manpower. There is room for improvements.
