★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The chicken was not in a good state, no reheat and cold when I bought. Unable to lodge complain on timely because I have left the place Therefore I hope the preparer to look at the chicken before serving to customer.

1ST.THE SYSTEM PROBLEM I DOUBLE CHECK THE ORDER AT THE KIOSK BEFORE PROCEED PAYMENT..THE ORDER DOESN'T PRINT OUT THE ORDER NUMBER ALSO THE ORDER PRINT OUT WRONG.
2ND.WE CAN'T ORDER THROUGH COUNTER JUST THROUGH KIOSK.IF THE KIOSK SYSTEM GOT NO PROBLEM IT WILL BE OKAY.THIS IS ANNOYING.PLEASE CHECK YOUR SYSTEM MAKE IT WORK PROPERLY.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst KFC branch.Because hardly seen any staf.One at the floor and another one at the counter.(This is a big branch, not small one.)
Need to used the app order (the floor staff say no order at the counter).Nobody help you so if you are not familiar than need more time than other.
1 hour waiting list for one KfC bucket Ramadhan order.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst KFC experience ever. The restaurant manager should be laid off.
Ordered a snack plate for take away and was given two mashed potatoes instead of one coleslaw and one mashed potato. The pieces of chicken given smelled stale, so end up I throw them away, it's impossible to be eaten. Even the Pepsi served in the cup is too diluted to be consumed.
Conclusion: Waste of time and money.
Never come to this KFC branch if you would like to enjoy your meal. It's a total mess up.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Showed up at 750am, the store opens 8am. But the Malay lady staff was very rude, just kept telling me “not open”. I asked what time will be available, she said “830am”.
I drove back at 830am, then the 2 Malay lady staff kept telling me “not opened”, I asked for time, they kept saying “not open”.
I hope the management can do Something about the 2 Malay lady staff, train them to communicate better.
