β β β β β The experience is horrible, a staff asked me for a huge tips, out of the blue after I'm almost done with my food and planning to left, instead of asking for a tips, the staff ask for exactly 50myr which isn't small amount of money, horrible!!. the food is nice though...

worker lazy, they fight with eachother,
the manager too lame..
the chicken too small, the sos just one pack for snack plate, are you kidding me? will not visit this kfc ever again...

β β β β β Their service was so slow. Many of us were waiting for our food and the staff behind the counter seemed pretty clueless in preparing our orders in sequence.
My advice to fellow Penang Sentral passengers: If they seem pretty crowded in there and youβre boarding soon, get your food elsewhere.
