★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not very sure why the service on 26/3/2021 is pretty bad. The cashier is rude and arrogant, and this can be seen by the way he talk to customers and colleagues. (The cashier is a man with grey colour shirt, is memang kurang ajar, hopefully another person will serve me next time)Not satisfied with the service, hope can improve. The food is good btw. Overall 2/5.

Moreover, the waiter, must have high endurance. Waiter must serve to the customer with smile face (even if its fake).
If the waiter is working at the weekend just 1 role (without rotation) .. Then your manager need to revise his strategy.
Overburden worker can leads to negeative impact on customer.
I give 3 star because my burger doesnt have a chili sauce..
When i request they said aready finish.
