★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst KFC in kl and Selangor. Rubbish manager and staff ingore the client waiting for 10 minute also can order.
Please changed the staff and manager or better close this branch for save the KFC reputation

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I feel like I wouldn’t have a choice to give no stars instead I will give a one star. This is the baddest kfc I have ever been to .first day I went there to buy food they say no fried chicken available only burgers are available.Seems like there is no chance so I ordered burger .The second time I went there they say they don’t have and sos and also drinks since alacarte are available so I chose alacarte and today I went there they say they don’t have burger A so I chose burger B they asked if it I want set or alacarte .then I say I want set .Then after I bought they gave me wedges instead of French fries .So I asked where is French fries they say it’s not available.then I asked why dont u say earlier if fries are not available u should say it earlier I would have chose alacarte instead set .Then they give me a response :”OH” what response is this and what kind of KFC is this I will not go to this branch anymore !!!!!!! Baddest KFC I have ever seen !!!!!!!! 0star

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everything is in slow motion here. Cashier took her sweet time to slowly take order then pack the food. Leaving the queue waiting. I think they required to be trained again and speed up the process.

Manager not responsible already know busy only 1 counter is open n need to wait 40 min for food.

I was self-pickup order, and I was follow the tracking in KFC app and proceed to the outlet when it showing my order is ready for collection. When reached the outlet, cashier very slow motion and I walk to to counter and ask my order, but cashier said not yet. What?? My order not even start preparing yet but app showing ready for collection??
Waited in front of the counter for 30 minutes and seeing all the processes of this outlet.. Although not the first time order from this outlet, but all I can tell - WORST!
There are customers in front of order counter for ordering, but the cashier just ignoring them for ordering and continue her blur mode and waiting at the kitchen for chickens to be fried, and I was eye contact those queuing customers, and we sensed each other and shaking our head. You know what I mean..
Missing 2 fried chickens in 1 of my order - "2 pc Nasi Lemak KFC Combo (with Kuah Kari Kandar)" when brought back to home, asked by my wife. Only nasi lemak, Pepsi, and others sides but without chickens. it's too late as we already eaten halfway. it was my careless didn't check properly before leaving the outlet, because of i was rushing for time, been waited 30 minutes there!! What for i order in advance?? That was not the first time, previously was missing 1 drink on my order. I am not sure if they are in purpose or just coincidence...
So to all people out there, please be always check your order and make sure all correct before leaving this outlet.
Anyway, I will never come back for this outlet anymore!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dropped by for a quick lunch before my meeting and what a disappointment 1) the outlet does not receive credit card or debit card but ONLY cash. Coke came super warm apparently their ice machine broke down and then all the sauce dispensers were empty both upstairs and downstairs. KFC is as usual over staffed or at least I see them all over but none bothered looking into the service of its establishment. I would rate my experience 3/10. KFC buck up your service sucks !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rubbish Outlet, workers work like there is no customer. Rather fix so irrelevant things then serving the customer. Ordered 1 burger and i had to wait nearly 30mins. Rubbish. Manager doesn't even bother how slow their service is. They are getting paid doing rubbish job? Close the branch down. 0 star. Trash. Will never come back
