★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Too slow like snail. You dont order here thru food panda grab or whatever courier. Why you still take order from courier if u cannot handle others order. The supervisor didn't know how to use his man power. All people stay behind highland.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nowadays, there's plenty of KFC outlets that stands on its own like this and like the one at the Taman Melawati. Most of them are now inside Malls. So, I like it here, the vibe, feel and the classic KFC smell. Plus the staffs are pretty friendly here. Plus, there are 3 banks nearby here (Hong Leong beside of it, CIMB about 100 metres, and Maybank about 200 metres). So it's pretty handy to have your food and do your banking stuffs at a time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I guess Bangla is more better in servicing.KFC Setiawangsa manager if you are reading this take note I ordered KFC online but your irresponsible staffs must be uneducated nor blind. Before sending out the orders don't they see what have they packed and what's not?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Offer takeout service in FP/Grab. By the look of it, most of the customers prefer delivery as the counter was filled with delivery orders. its your typical KFC. No complaints

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible experience. They simply replaced what I ordered without asking me first and not even apologising. Iced Milo was apparently out of stock and they replaced with Sjora. If I didn’t overhear the staff mentioning to another customer that Milo was also out of stock, I probably only found out about it after I got my order. Chicken strips that were supposed to be in the Double Down were also out of stock.
May I suggest, if you can no longer take orders via the app since most things are out of stock, don’t take any orders.
Definitely not the first time we had a horrible experience here. Wouldn’t recommend coming here, maybe best to go to another KFC outlet.
