★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The poor indian old lady worker (look like more than 50+ years old), working attitude is so poor. She is asking people like that, 'eh lalu sikit, nak basuh, not letting me to stand. But once l moved, got other people stood there directly. What the hell, asking people to move and said she wanted to wash that area. But she stood somewhere else only and did nothing at all, so she wants to basuh APA?. We are waiting to collect food, how come she could force people to lalu sikit and not letting people to stand to collect the food, but other can. Next time got one more time happens again, l will email to KFC Malaysia attach with the picture.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Asking no wing and drumsticks, they gave wing and drumstick. Asking drinks without ice they gave it with ice. Probably the cashier are oku, its ok. Then the water i had is mountain dew doesnt taste like mountain dew at all taste like plain water. Bad experience

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Didnt tell earlier in panda, order 4pm and delivered 5.45. After ordered then they said will be prepared on 5.45 pm. Try to cancel but cannot cancel. Such a poor service. Also suddently need to buy more than rm30 otherwise you will be get service tax rm10 . The meal price rm20 after tax and delivery tax, rm40 . Doesnt make sense at all

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The taste and quality of food in this outlet of KFC is quite OK, but somehow it feels lacking compared to other outlets. The staffs change quite often, so customer service might vary time to time. The place is quite spacious. There are ample car and motorcycle parking available.
