If you donโt bring anything, you can prepare your meal from this KFC..
Or if youโre starving after sunbathing at the beach, you can grab your KFC before go home..

โ โ โ โ โ Today specifically requested Original Chicken only. Trainee staff gives me 3 spicy chicken, only 2 original chicken. Cannot differentiate the chicken type? I'm having a birthday party and there's not enough food for the kids.

โ โ โ โ โ Hi, I am a local here. I would like to give a humble opinion on this outlet. I had visited it several times as it is around my neighbourhood, the service provided by the staffs here is extremely pathetic. They don't respect the basic requests of customers and some of the staffs are rude. I would suggest anyone visiting this particular outlet, visit if you really starve for food or else please look for any other alternatives. I had being to many KFC Outlets around Malaysia, sadly this remains top on my list for the worst service ever. The several times I visited, I had no choice as it was MCO and I can't move anywhere else, now if I want to eat KFC, I rather drive 20 minutes to the outlet at Bandar Enstek, trust me it, its better there!

โ โ โ โ โ Only 1 counter was opened the day I came and the customers that queued up were very long. All of the managers(Malay and Non Malay) are not playing their roles as they should. Air conditioner inside the premise also wasn't opened at an adequate temperature.

โ โ โ โ โ Understaffed but the staff currently handles everything neatly. The place is clean and being kept nicely. Speed of delivery is slow but understandable with only one server. Ground floor could use more table . Cant argue with prices sinces its a franchaise. Overall, staff deserve more tip since she handles everything with positive attitude despite the amount of work she carries
