โ โ โ โ โ How many of you agree with me with the quality of kentucky fried chicken here drops badly?
At times the chicken are nt well cooked/fried, sometimes ppl do complaint about getting left over stock of previous night.
Some customers even had posted in social media about take away service, where count of chicken in bucket is less or they purposely missed some items like coleslaw or any other side dish!
This is the longest kfc restaurant runs for many many years probably the 1st in taiping. Hope the management will look into the quality of the food and services!

โ โ โ โ โ Most of the items cold and very hard when eating time. The service getting worse compare to last time. Staff are very unfriendly. Overall we unhappy with the service over Taiping KFC. We sorry to inform that.

โ โ โ โ โ Terrible service. Made an order online and because they have no riders they cancel the order and don't call to tell us. Then when we call to find out where our order is, they tell us they canceled it. Refund up to 21 days. BS! I didn't cancel order. KFC did and I have to wait for my money. Shameful. Can I wait 21 days to pay for my order? Of course not. Lost a customer.

โ โ โ โ โ Rude customer service. Cashier at counter was rude in even asking us to show my sejahtera.. Never seen such attitude in my place. We had to clean tables to be seated.
