★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We ate there for 3 days in a row sampling almost everything they had to offer. The fried kuey teow, the thai food stall amd the curry noodles were good. The chicken satay used chicken breast meat, tender and moist...the peanut sauce was thick and flavourful.
But the one stand out dish we had was the fried seafood porridge. Rm10 for a hearty bowl that feeds 2 people easily. The porridge itself was cooked to perfection like a delicate risotto filled with various seafood. Simply amazing!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am not fond of all the food except one, the Saimunis Claypot Rice. This is excellent. If I ever going to visit Taiping again, I will not leave until I have eaten the mutton curry rice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went here based on many ppl gave good review. But it's very disappointed! The satay kuah not enough kacang. The Ikan bakar took pari was Rm35. The drinks came late.. overal service is bad. Not going here again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Many variety of foods. Ranging from Chinese Indian & Malay local cuisines??. Good ambiance, clean. Food & drinks were very pricey + some dishes were not too good , hence the 3 star. Koey tiow , ikan bakar , pork soup , indian pork fry & indian clay pot was yummy though ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Place was recently upgraded. Looks cleaner now and the variety at night is quite good. Selections during breakfast and lunch is very few though.
It's now known as Medan Selera Tai Hu. You won't find this name on MAPs though.
