★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most KFCs serve their mashed potatoes and coleslaw in a plastic container when you dine in but in here they put right on your place. Food is good, chicken is average sized, I've seen bigger chickens from other KFCs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fried chicken is almost tasteless i feel like they should refund my money and take back these chickens. Feel deceived by them. Its not worth your money at all. Idk if KFC had worsened in the taste of the fried chicken or is it just this particular branch in FALIM, IPOH. My son doesnt even wanna eat it, thats how bad it is. Sure got explaining to do huh, the manager of the branch? Or did the question goes to the KFC brand itself? Go figure. It is a VERY F BAD EXPERIENCE FOR ME

Its a small outlet catering to a big industrial and residential commercial mix area.
Please be patient as they will not be able to cope with sudden peak in customers. Basically very quiet on weekdays.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Air condition for dine in at the first level was turn off. The hygiene of the restaurant very poor. Peeled off paint and the sink have dirt. The table also already peel off but never change. The store was not in proper care. The staff also not friendly and no eye contact when speak to customer. Doing other transaction (keep looking for the foodpanda order) when serving customer face to face.
