The braised taufu minced meat was tasty. The sea cumcumber, though tasty but a bit too crunchy for my taste. The chi-kan-pai-kuat (pork tendons with pork rib) is one of their house signature dish but not available on a daily basis. I had it on a Wednesday 2 weeks ago.
