★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst KFC ever, I don't know what's wrong with this place.
Drive thru lane is frequently closed, though parking is very limited.
Delivery menu disabled most of the options.
If dine in or takeout you will need to wait at least 30 min, and some menu are unavailable (i don't know why). No tv display the order number and there is no first-come-first-serve, they just simply complete the order they wanted to.
And this place always has a long queue and dirty.
I've been experiencing this since last year, it never improves.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought 5 pieces chicken through delivery, waited for 1 hour and I got 3 drumsticks, 1 wing and 1 keel. Totally unacceptable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When there and Q for 20mins. Then the staff told me order from the Kiosk. So many people and only 2 Kiosk! To be my surprise, whatever displayed on the Billboard on top of staff counter don't have in the Q. Checked with the staff, they said all out of stock. Went back again to the Kiosk and bought basic meal!! So many staff but useless!! Won't go there again ever!! Bad experience!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rate 0 star. Very bad experience here.????Ordered bucket & wait for 25 minutes still not received the order. No update from them until I asked at the counter. Their reason chicken out of stock & need to cook first. Need to wait for 15 minutes to be cooked. To change order & pay extra also not allowed. Wasting my precious time. To make it worst, once got home, some ordered item not complete. Waste my time & my money.??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Im not willing to even give 1 ⭐ also because i order from grab food ,my order was dinner plate with request mix original and spicy then i requested for ribs or chicken wings but they gave me 1 ribs and 2 thigh then 2 smash potatoes not even one coleslaw ,my coleslaw totally lost in my order ,to the person in charge please do check all orders coming from grabfood properly before passed to the grab driver because i trust on you but what you give to me ,the chicken totally out of eating taste ,very harder chicken not taste at all ,there is in charge person please have a look before pass to the grab driver

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place always crowded and wait for queue for quite a while even you had been ordered before you step in by food delivery platform with self pick up.
My last visit, still the same, but I had nice experience even need to wait longer.
At first, as usual I proceed to one of the counter, I think it was the person in charge of the shift, cause dress up with different uniform then other staff, he told me to wait for a while, staff preparing all the self pick orders.
When he saw staff had overloaded, he decided to help out. He purposely double check with me again, am I one of the self pick up customer with pre order, and informed me to wait for a while, he is working at it to prepare for me.
I'm satisfied with his service and effort to make things smoother.
