★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super slow. I do not mind to wait for my order but their service is very slow like they do not really care how long the customers need to wait. I really hope the management can really put some effort to see how we can improve the service queue.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered takeaway from the app to save time, yet upon reaching there some 15mins later my order was Still not put in. Had to wait another 20mins+ as there was not enough chicken ready fried.
Most time there's only 1 person manning the counter and same person will probably prepare your order. Sloth-like service, avoid if hungry.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This time I placed order original and spicy. But when I reached home ..it's only original chicken flavour and no spicy chicken as requested....never take it seriously when take orders from customer!!! Really disappointed with the service!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its really slow service. I went in a few times because the location is convienient but always ended waiting super long. There seems to only have 2 persons working at one time. The tables upstairs is also not properly cleared up. Food is still good though

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I asked them for 20pcs ayam pedas nyonya they told me it's limited cant order 20 pcs. Better close this outlet and sell karipap at roadside and the staffs dun wait patiently and listen

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stupid management. Waited for nearly 30mins despite of long queue. Once reached my turn they said no dine-in allowed due to lack of staff. So disappointed. Also not even a word of apologies from the store manager! Could have informed earlier. Only 2 person running the business. Better close the branch.
