★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered large size chezzy wedges but got the regular size one. Explain to the staff but they said it’s the amount of wedges but not the size. Then what for having choices of regular and large which differences in rm3 for two extra pieces? The usual one we ordered was all in large size.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The KFC app is useless. Ordered for delivery at 2pm its been more than 3 hours now, have not gotten my food. Drop 2 feedback forms, no live chats, the hotline is busy tried calling 12 times. And I have no idea where my food is or whats the status or if its cancelled and if I'm getting my refund. This will be my last time buying KFC.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve order the new 2pc ayam percik kfc combo, the flavour is ok but the quality of rice given is like sticky rice rather than normal colonel rice, and the chicken parts i get is chicken breast and thigh, both are dry and not juicy at all, i used to eat 3 pieces of chicken but this, i can’t even finish. The best in this set is the coleslaw which is cold and refreshing as well as the rootbeer i ordered.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got Food Poison from Zinger Burger! The Chicken is uncooked properly and bottom bread is still as hard as rock.
I continued eating until my sister noticed while I putting the burger down that the chicken was still pink. I didnt notice because the chicken was warm and didnt mind.
We return the burger and the manager looked at it and instruct the staff to replace for another one. But never apologies or communicate to us directly, she didnt care. We refused the offer and decided to leave, only then the manager said sorry. Was not properly handled as a customer service.
That night, I did not feel good at all and puke out. Was a bad day for me due to Zinger Burger.
This KFC you will need to be cautious with what you order as the staff seems to not been properly trained or care.

Last visit during lunch time very fast but now visit at 5pm something and chickens habis need to wait for 25 minustes…

Staff is friendly. The services consider fast as even just one staff at the counter who take the order and pack the order as well, I manage to get my order about 15 minutes including the waiting time (2 customers queing in front of me)… the bad things are the food are not warm enough and a bit dry…
The size of the original recipe chicken is very small especially the drumstick, and I got 2 tiny drumsticks...
