★ ★ ★ ★ ★ During the last few days, I ordered the following TCRS food via Grabfood:
A roast chicken rice & a chicken slice wanton mee. plus side dishes.
But instead I got a steamed chicken rice and a disgusting chicken slice wanton mee. For the wanton mee, I had gotten a wing part, but together attached to it: a gut-like organ stuffed with greyish mushy thing. It looks disgusting and I immediately felt kembang tekak. I attempted to inspect the gut-like organ. Shockingly, the gut-like organ is actually the chicken crop(tembolok ayam, refer attached figure). That means that the greyish mushy thing is probably the undigested dedak ayam and it appeared in my food!
after investigation:
(1) the chicken crop is impacted, clearly means that the chicken was sick at the time it was slaughtered. It seems that their SOP on selecting the chicken is flawed or is not well implemented by their workers.
(2) the chicken is not well-washed and rinsed. Improper washing procedure was done and it is clearly not clean. Indonesians do cook the tembolok, but they wash them thoroughly!
Grabfood has refunded my money. But it doesnt mean that I can remain quiet. I'm writing this for the customer rights, we pay for expensive nasi ayam. I don't mean to hurt your bussiness. TCRS used to be my favourite restaurant. But they dissapointed me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unbelievable slow service. From taking orders to arrival of food. After observing for 30 mins, nothing comes out from the kitchen, not even the drinks. Out of 10 tables, only 1 table is eating. The rest is waiting. No wonder other shops are queuing and this shop is empty.
