Also they seem to run the shop in an attempt to charge as much as possible.
First the lady at the reception said and insist they need to check if my aircond pipe is leaking, so instead they will charge me for servicing first. Failed to state that they will charge RM100 for "diagnostics". Then said to fix this aircond issue needs rm700 instead of just topping up gas, she confirms that there is something wrong and the pipe needs to be changed.
Next, she mentions my brake pads needs to be changed because its near hitting my brake discs. Literally saying that in a sarcastic manner when i said its ok dont need to change, that oh there is a possibility of it damaging your brake disc if you dont change now.
Finally charged me RM4xx+RM100 for diagnostics. If not it was RM1xxx plus fixing my aircond that wasnt cold.
I went out to check both my brake pads and aircond. I topped up my aircond gas for rm50 and its cold, no leaking or problems as mentioned by this centre.
My brake pads?. got a centre to check and said can still run for a month no problems.
Verdict?. It is either this lady in the counter trying to hike up charges and payments, or this centre running it in an extremely unethical manner. Good luck for those bringing your car here to service. They will find fault and try their best to charge as much as possible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service on the car is quite good. But when they asked to change the battery, they didn't tell the CCA reading. So I didn't know how many % left. How to make decision? That was a 2nd time visit and the receptionist/cashier, S****a, was not that friendly like last time.
