Send out my car for major service at 1pm, start service at 2pm after lunch hour and completed 3.50pm.. while wait i enjoy my espresso at customer lounge inside smoking room.. ? the price affordable and acceptable. Just for now the debit/credit machine not working... but they accept online instant transfer. So no prob at all... only defect is air conditioning at lounge room need to repair.. a little bit hot.. overall 4 star.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Make sure you have checked completely your car services job before leaving the service center, as happen to me, found old spare parts still on the car even I have been charged for it(new parts). While the SA is not friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A bunch of incompetent and unfriendly staff working in the service center. Never answering customer queries in a proper time manner. Just unbelievable how KIA allows 0 quality people to do business for them???
Can't complain much for the mechanics I thinkt hey did a good job, even though my car is anyway in excellent condition.
It is my last time coming here will choose another service center!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After watching Osaka won Australia Open (major sponsor KIA) yesterday I booked an appointment for my car service. Arrived at 915am, car attended to at 1007am - driven to service bay. (Yes I saw it from waiting lounge). This place look dull. Staff slow moving. Normal oil n filter change took so long. Wonder what branch manager doing? Should walk around motivating staff talking to customers, before loosing them. I made appointment by phone, but I think got appointments or not, make no difference. First come first serve.then what good of making appointments? KIA really a good brand, but people make it bad. I think I write too long already.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On my visitation to your showroom , not a single personnel in sight. They was one Indian staff walked passed without even asking do we need any assistance. Will never come back again to this branch.
