★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had to bring my mom here for a blood test. The nurse doing the blood collection was a bit rushed and did not do a good job with the blood collection. My mom's arm/skin is bruised and has been very pain the day after.
Hope the medical staff will be more gentle to others.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This clinic only assist u if newly do the test for covid.after that if u call thru landline also no answer which is impossible nobody can hear the phone ringing...after I did my second test while home quarantine my result was ok rdy so I tried to call them what next step must do.but nobody replying my msg and call...poor service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had to cancel my 3rd dose booster vaccines appt at a ppv in bkt jalil via my sejahtera due to a busy work. Called the Kiara Medical Centre to arrange a booster appt and Agnus was very helpful in explaining to me what I should do next to ensure I get my 3rd dose. Relieved, humanity restored!

NO ONE picks up the landline and emergency number, even if there’s this Chinese woman at the reception. She totally ignores it.
Also, their “meeting” is their lunch break because I can smell food from them and they come back to the clinic with outside food & drink.
The doctor is late.
NOTHING STARTS ON TIME. I swear there’s no point in making an appointment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I made an booster appointment for my mum on 13 apr ,3-4pm. However I went at 11am and they told me the vaccinations cannot be done as booster vaccine can be last for 6 hours so they have to set the certain timing for all the booster taker .
Then I have no choice but to cancel it and rescheduled again . I asked if I can reschedule it over the counter instead of mysejahtera . They said must go through mysejahtera to make the appointment. I cancelled it and rebooked again. I then managed book on 14 apr, 2-3pm. I showed them and reconfirm if I must come between 2-3pm. They said yes. There were 4 staff over the counter. Then I left the clinic .
On 14 apr , we went the clinic at 215pm. The clinic seems opens but the iron gate was half closed. Then there was a staff came out to inform me that all the staff is having meeting upstairs and asked us to wait outside until 3pm.
I tried to call the clinic number but nobody pick up however I managed to reach one of the mobile number that I associated with as my dad done the booster in the clinic before .
I called and they said they do not have the vaccines today and asked me to come again next week. They mentioned I shouldn’t believe mysejahtera booking. The problem is i made the appt on mysejahtera when I was in your clinic and you told me to come again the next day. But then when I was there today, you told me there were no vaccines available today. I was standing in front in the clinic for 20mins and no one actually come to attend me face to face . They only talked to me over the phone. Seem like they really very busy having their meeting upstairs .
This is ridiculous and unacceptable. If I wasn’t making the appointment ( through mysejahtera) in the your clinic. I won’t be so upset and disappointed today. You May Blame the mysejahtera apps is not competitive enough and etc. but I was in your clinic to make the appointment and I even reconfirmed the timing with your staff.
How could you just tell me you do not have the available vaccines. And Since you have already kne the mysejahtera is not up to date and inaccurate , why dont you take appointment over the counter but asked me to make the appointment through mysejahtera.
This is really so upsetting and wasting my time. I made kinda a big fuss and I did received a call from them after that, they claimed that their staff are heading to KKM to get the vaccine and asked me to back at 4pm again.
However, I managed to call another clinic and I just walked in to get the booster done for my mum ady . I’m not going back this clinic again. This is totally a really bad experience to me.
