★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It stated open at 9am, however I came at 911am and the shop is still closed. I called the clinic no one was answering.
Finally at 918am I saw the girl, I asked her what time is the clinic open, perhaps I came bit too early on Saturday. The response I got was so bad and rude.
“We’re human, there must be something happen that will cause the delay”.
Excuse me? I’m your customer. Dear doctor please be aware, because of your staff you just lost a customer.
I would say if you state on your board open at 9am, perhaps your staff should come earlier to settle whatever you need too, in order to open the clinic on time.
This is call punctuality!
