★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very satisfied and happy with the service of Dr Sim. Although she's young, she does her dental job on my son's teeth very well. The crown work is nicely done and amazingly, my son did not misbehave during the process. She's very child friendly, kind, and creative in her way in getting my son's attention. Strongly recommend her dental service. I will rate 5 star++

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Glad that my daughter's first dental visit was a pleasant one. Dr. Lee is a very soft-spoken and experience pediatric dentist who has a special way to calm and bond with the little one. The parents are required to fill up a form prior the visit and it is very thoughtful of them to ask about our kid's favourite TV show so that they can play it for the kid during the checking/treatment. The dentist even shows us how to clean the teeth and use the floss. Overall, thumb up for the dentist and her friendly staff, will definitely come back after six months and will definitely recommend this dental clinic in the future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I really appreciate how Dr Sim was so caring. The way she came out of her room to greet my child and I - and my child cries easily - was so gentle that my daughter was happy the whole way through. Dr Sim patiently explained everything clearly to us, and my daughter could even gladly listen to what she said and follow what she asked her to do!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My two daughters age 5 and 2 had horrific experience with their previous dentists. Prior our first visit to Kindlehouse, they will send visual aid and video for parents to prep little ones, which is a plus point. ?We went and my daughters were calm and really had fun. The team truly provide a great experience for kids. Highly recommend. A shout out to Dr Sim and her team. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1st dental check since primary school cause Im super afraid of it, but Dr. Elaine did a very good job. Was so nervous when decided to do scaling and polishing but she is so gentle and patience, just feel a little discomfort at some area but bearable. Overall its a nice and great experience. Already made second appointment for 6months later ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been there few times for my 5 years old boy as he had multiple cavities in his teeth. Dr. Lee is extremely good and know how to manage kids and that is how a dentist should be. The clinic is extremely good and well organized. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Their appointment system is very well managed. The appointment queue is very long however they are helpful in case of emergency to put you in waiting list. Highly recommended!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great experience here. Brought my then 6 year old (last year) to get his 2 front teeth removed because his permanent teeth were growing behind them (shark teeth). My son is afraid of everything, so what more a first time trip to the dentist with the possibility of an injection. The doctor and nurses did their best to make him feel comfortable, taking him through the steps, showing him pink panther's teeth, and explaining things to him to try get him comfortable. They were very patient despite his obvious distress and nervousness. The doctor and nurses successfully gave him the numbing injection, which he said he felt no pain at all. Getting my son to allow the doctor to remove his teeth was a struggle. But we managed in the end. Once they were done, my son was a happy camper. They even gave him a small toy to take home. Highly recommend this dentist for your kids!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time bringing my 3.5 year old to the dentist. Dr Tee looked after us. The clinic was very well run. They contact you pre-visit and provide instructions on how to get there, and all the staff are very professional and friendly.
The environment is very child-friendly. Spacious, clean, changing and feeding rooms available and even toys for the little ones to play. I had to tell my daughter that this was clinic and not a playground, as she did not want to leave after the doctor was done with us.
Would 100% recommend if you are looking for options on dental care for your kids.
