wont tired to follow you up about your appointment and wont tired to letting you know about what your concern. really helpful and explained everything in detail about my teeth condition. the place is so comfortable and everyone is so friendly. the price is very reasonable and I think it's more like very affordable. highly recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ With temporary filling, I came in on Wednesday night for consultation, took xray, and was advise to do pulpotomy and assigned to doctor Lau, which comes in only on every Tuesday.
Next day I have requested to have any next dentist (they have 4) available to recheck my tooth as it is started to feel uncomfortable, but they insisted my case has already assigned to Dr lau and cannot be changed. First time encounter a dental clinic practices this way.
Again, day after I went there early in the morning as my tooth feel really uncomfortable due to the filling. I even asked if I can wait there if there is any cancellation, the nurses even on my behalf politely asked Dr ooi who just came in the morning, which she kind of gave it a cold shoulder look, starred at the nurse not saying anything.
Once I saw her reaction, the clinic onwer, to behave arrogantly, I decided not to come here anymore. Such a pity, I really like the nurses with good attitude and services.
Do they really expect me to bear the pain for so many days not wanting to redo my filling. Or is there no other dentist is capable in that clinic? They even opens at night, I know their schedule is not that full.
I haven't even see Dr lau yet and I'm not allow to change? It is a dumb policy, too high up to treat a person in need.
So these are my simple questions but perhaps this high class clinic feel there is no need to address them.
So much of the 5 stars reviews, too good to be true, as if they are the only clinic on planet earth.
Moving on, I had my temporary filling removed and done permanent filling elsewhere, problem solved. I still don't know what's with the definite arrangement with Dr lau.
Money has been spent, but they do not want to accommodate to my simple needs. Therefore, 1 star.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got my first wisdom tooth extraction and hope it's the last. Doctor Ooi was very nice and she informed me of everything I need to know. The price was affordable and the extraction process is not as scary as I imagined. I will making appointment for filling soon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Nicholas was very gentle and precise with his skills in scaling and polishing my teeth. Usually if I go to other dentist, I will feel a bit of sensitive around my gums but with Dr. Nicholas technique and procedure, he did an amazing job removing all the plaques and tartar on my teeth with minimum pain at all. Not only that, he explained professionally with all my inquiries from top-down approach.
Definitely will revisit once more. A world class experience!
