Food was good but abit expensive for the price. The price was not worth the taste of the food unfortunately I think they degrade over the years. Hopefully improve over time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Boring Japanese varieties. Plus the prices are way too expensive. The waiter and waitresses are mostly non Malaysians and non English speakers. They don't even understand when ordered. Asked for Teriyaki sauce. Waited about 10 minutes till I had to call again. Very poor hospitality. Poor environment. Not really delicious food varieties. The most terrible thing is that they keep the broom and dustpan at the eating place. Uncleaned. Left there. Bad environment. I couldn't take a picture. I wish I had the picture. The sight looks awful to have broom and dustpan left just like that at the eating place. I will never go to this restaurant again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Side dishes and wet tissues served before you sit down(don't know it is charged in your order and no waiter tell you that) . Purposely meant to charge you more, food serving is very slow. The food are not fulfilling and not delicious. Taxes are very expensive. My friend and I just order one soft crab salad and it's super expensive and just a few pieces of crab meat. Excuse me? The cabbage and soft crab are not even that expensive but this restaurant charged me a lot including high tax. Not recommended!!!!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Place: Almost always a line at peak hours despite the slightly pricey cost. But the seatings are comfy and there's always another choice if the wait here is too long.
Service: have been prompt and quick on my 1st time here. Menu brought to me quick upon sitting. And order was taken almost the moment I decided what to eat from the menu (there were 2 tables ahead of me).
Food:
1) Piri-Kara/Teriyaki Gyu Niku Set (RM35.90): vegetables were fresh and not over boiled, brocoli and beef always go well together, the beef was moist, soft, sliced to perfect thickness and complimented perfectly with teriyaki sauce that's just the right type of sweet. Loved the side pickled guava salad, really puts the word appetite into appetiser!! Nice play here with guava+orange peel+carrots. Miso made it all come together. Verdict: wow! Recommended for beef lovers.
2) Special Unagi Maki - (4 pieces = RM19.90, 9 pieces = RM39.90): loved the unagi on top this sushi, moist, melts in your mouth, and flavourful (and boneless). The sushi itself could have been packed better, as it was quite loose with mine. But, it was still acceptable as it did not fall apart upon handling with the chopsticks. The mayo "spread" ontop could have been more by a tad bit to add to the flavour besides just being aesthetically pleasing. Verdict: I'd certainly order it again.
