★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Entered the restaurant at 6.45pm but did not get to try the food, approached the host for a more comfortable seat and host pretend not to hear me and continued to walk to the table she wanted us to sit. Afterwhich we asked for the table again and she replied that is for a table of 5 to 6, thus we decided to leave though we are a table of 3 but we are carrying many big and small bags. I understand that seating capacity is important to the restaurant but the restaurant is only around 40% occupied. Host did not ask us why are we leaving and neither the floor manager bothered to check with us. Will definitely visit to try the food next time when we are not so tired out after a long day and also on a lull period.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to the newly opened Paradigm mall to see what the hype was about. Nothing really fantastic about the restaurant, except to say the presentation of the shabu shabu was cool due to the dry ice effect. In addition, after you are done, there're some free jewel biscuits for those who want to reminisce their childhood.
We tried the mala, kim chi and herbal broth. Personally, I preferred the herbal flavour. Service was so-so and price is restaurant level.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service is prompt. We ordered the ribeye shabu shabu and the presentation with dry ice effect made it special. Meat are fresh and condiment are self served with 5 types of sauces. I think for price it’s reasonable. Nothing much to shout out about the ambiance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was too crowded for dinner during the dinner weekends. Seats were to close with other tables, there was no privacy. Staff don't speak English, which makes it difficult to communicate. Also, they didn't have the calling button for my table, I had to manually call the busy staff for questions and orders. Food was nice. But will not return due to lack of space and privacy.
