★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The internet connection is ZERO. If you come here to study/meeting/watch movies/ quarantine, just forget it. I called the desk to change room as soon as I tested the wifi but they do not allow it. We’ll see if they are arranging anything for us soon. Room isn’t super clean. No iron and fridge.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First of all, the parking floor are so dark and creepy make me feel so unsafely to park i rather park my car outside the hotel..
Second, i walk in to reception to check in but the staff looks like not welcoming us..
Third, when we reach our floor to look for our room is quite difficult to search because of the corridors lighting too dark due to some of the ceiling lights are out of order.
Forth, finally we get into our room but the smell not so good and dusty make my nose sensitive also there is total of 3 light bulb inside the room has spoiled also never mind we try to ask for change another room but end up got rejected so we just wait for their maintenance come and fix, wasting our time to wait almost an hour…
Last but not least, staffs , services ,
Environment, cleanliness and etc… overall is fully disappointed and very bad experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Did my quarantine in that hotel (7 days) in March 2022.
The room was not so clean (a lot of dust on the floor).
There were two beds in my room but one had some very small dead bugs in it (the second one was clean I had no problem sleeping in).
The food given was nice (be careful if you've allergies and if you aren't comfortable with spicy food).
The towels given were stained even though they had been washed.
The staff was very helpful and kind.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trust me this is the terrible experience ever.. the check in was at 3pm but some how I reached there at 5pm something until then the rooms was not ready, and they asked me to wait for sometime, after about half and hour they called me and said the rooms still not ready as shortage of staff to do the hospitality. After an argument they were like sorry mam we can't do anything. And they gv us a suite room temporarily but guess what, it's was not clean at all.. rubbish all a round and basically a room of some one who just vacated. I sound them again but they was like so cool and said your will be ready in an hour and this is the room that we can gv u temporarily... Finally I received the after an hour.. Guess what no any compensation at all... End of the note, NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is a 3 star hotel, with prices that are good and service that is very okay.
I would suggest getting a laundry service for long stay customers.
This could help with service and long stays.
Word of comment: When I entered the toilet had water on the floor and some parts were little dirty.
Staff are pleasant, little trouble understanding but were cooperative.
