★ ★ ★ ★ ★ overall is ok, but there is a lot of below par issue, among which
1. hot water need to get from counter, no cup, no extra table at the side of bed, the bathroom, few parts is damaged, the floor mat is dirty, no toilet paper, the bathroom door is noisy and hard to close, some part is not clean, and dustbin dont have plastic bag, is noisy even at 2-3am, with people walking here and there and sound banging, wifi available and then internet break down from 5am till i check out, room is small n without window so a bit suffocating especially with 2 single beds inside although bathroom is bit spacious
2. good part is the service is good, the counter willingly make hot water for me, and aircond is cold, TV is good with many channel and support usb, hotwater is fine, bathroom working well, and bed is considerably ok to sleep and considerably clean but not very clean. and floor is ok and not smelly overall although this is indian place

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My whole family were sleepless because of a few hotel guests make havocs, screaming, knocking and disturbing all guests. It all end around 4.00am after I call the customer service & made a complain. Bathroom doesn't have a place to hang towel & clothes. It's too small and have to do adjustments.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Im sorry but i really need to tell this bad experience I had so next time it can be improved.
The bed linen was not change from the previous use. It was dirty and has stain and hair strand all over the pillows and beds.I stayed in family room with my kids which has 1queen bed with 2singles.All 3beds were in the samecondition. When i request to change the pillow case and bed linen,they said the housekeeping not available since its nigth.Even the bathroom was not washed properly. The TV wasnt working.Im total disappointed with the room condition n services

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was booked thru trivago, the address mentioned kuala kemaman, but later found out it was in batu caves. My money already deducted. I need a refund due to fake location provided!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience ever, the hotel room is smelly, toilet is very dirty (never clean , ?) stain everywhere, bedsheet and pillow never washed (yellowish , stains , smelly all over the bedsheets n pillow) , i request to change hotel room , but receptionist reject it . Cannot sleeps at all, waste money , rating 0/5 . Not recommended at all to stay at MOONIGHT HOTEL.

The pillow smells like it was never washed for a year. Yellowish and damp. They dont even bother to change the battery for remote, plus theres blank blue screen on tv only. Theres hair on the bedsheet seems like they dont even bother to change linen. No plastic in the bin. No mineral water they sell for rm1 at reception. No lift, so not friendly for all. The only plus point is the parking in front of hotel bcuz no one stay here i guess. I wonder this hotel belongs to OYO, dont they have some strict guidelines to follow the oyo standards? I trust oyo hotels all these time, but idk after this experience.. maybe oyo standards has gone very low or they dont even care anymore. Save your money and go find somewhere else. Its cheap yes but still for this experience, id rather pay more for a decent stay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst hotel ever. Booked through agoda before checking in a week after. What i can say is the hotel is pathetic. Definitely 0 star. Walking in the door with weird smell. The room is very very tiny. They are using divan bed instead of proper hotel bed. The bedsheet is greyish and yellowish with suspicious stains. We even scared to put our body under the blanket. The bedsheet under blanket had brownish dots here and there. The pillow sheets are yellowish. Very scared if there were any hanky panky activity there without washing the bedsheet afterwards. Thinking abt it is so gross. Not to said abt the bathroom. The toilet bowl frame had yellowish stain, the door frame is terribly disgusting. So black, i dont think they ever wipe the door frame before. Too gross that i dont want to snap a picture of it. To take a damp in there also feel disgusted. Request to change room from the registration counter. But he told that the rooms are fully occupied. Straightaway check out less than 1 hour checked in. Dont care if the fee is burn, just wanted to go out from the room. Might have a nightmare if i stay there overnight. Hope the management took the cleanliness aspect seriously. Can get better hotel with the same price. Ugh terribly disgusted. Going to complain to OYO on this matter!!
