★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buy property in Kita Bayu but it came with so many defects. Kitchen window not install incorrectly, sliding door install incorrectly, some broken tiles in the restroom, Toilets not install correctly and many other things. All in all buying property here has been a headache. But its starting to come together but we had have to push the MO in Kita Bayu to send there people to fix and report the issues. I do not recommend anyone buy here without checking the property first and making sure it is not defect in any way before buying otherwise be prepared to go through major headaches.
