★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice built up with nice neighbourhood scenery with quite big parking space. However, if you are looking into buying it and your office is in KL, you have to bear the distance as it is located at the outskirt of Cyberjaya. The road along there looks so terrible with lots of sinkholes. I was wondering how the motorist can use this road at night. Hope the local authority will repair the damage as soon as possible.
