★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor customer service and order handling. Advertised that there was a sale with banner on their website, customer paid and the next thing you know, they simply void the transaction. When i went to check on their website thinking that the item was sold out,but no, they INCREASED THE PRICE OF THE ITEM! Note that the sale was still ongoing at the time i checked. The transaction was voided because the price were wrongly tagged. Such a scam. Been buying at their physical shop all these while but after this experience, no more. They have no integrity with their customers. Customers spent time browsing their items and paid for it and they simply cancelled the transaction because of their own mistake.
