★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was the pickup point for Penang to KL...buy your ticket online, then show up to the bus stop area-there will be a store that says KKKL (I think they are a bus broker store). Show the person your online ticket and she will give you a ticket (after you show your PDF from email). The other location on the map for KKKL appears incorrect. the image that is on google is where you should be. Just look at the stores and look for KKKL. my bus was 7am and they were open by 615am
