β β β β β housekeeping staff, luggage staff was very very very veryyyyyy good...
but last day i call all number to make morning cal, no one answer...breakfast 2days same..other is ok. dont forget to try cendol n other menu at medan penghulu cantik.
friday night n saturday night also have live performance at lounge.??

β β β β β They have served the best 'sahur' menu in the town! I can't stop eating all food on the table.
My family and I stayed here for the first time and we enjoyed staying here seriously.

β β β β β I made a reservation for a room in your hotel, checking in today(6.4.22). Right before booking on 4.2.22 , I made a call to enquiry the breakfast price.i was told it was rm 15 per pax and payment cn be made during checking in. When checking in today, I was told it is rm 25 per pax for breakfast and the price was "JUST INCREASED".
Besides that, the laundry bags are not provided due to the reason "out of stock". Room slipper is not provided. The hair dryer is spoiled. Lastly, there is a hole on the floor under the carpet.
This is definetely not worth for the room price and doesn't match the 4 star hotel rating.

β β β β β Run down hotel. Give vibe of government link hotel. The pool room is very far without proper route and instruction. Swimming pool is dirty without a proper place to sit down. The only good side is its location.

β β β β β The hotel is already very much ran down, but being located in Seremban it is still well patronized by the locals. I had an important meeting here, and during this time of high Covid cases, it seemed an ideal location for a meeting. When I first arrived, it felt like I was the only person there, and sitting at the lounge, the sound of the waterfall definitely was a bit overwhelming, making it difficult for us to carry out a decent conversation. I really hope the management would upgrade the facilities properly, turning this resort into a favorite venue for all the activities they are meant to have..

β β β β β after its latest renovation, the place looked better. but that's all there is to it.
service is bad, no one picks up your call if you were to call the front desk or concierge or kitchen or housekeeping.
2 weeks prior to our stay, we made reservation for 2 connecting rooms via phone, and was told it was confirmed, no issue whatsoever. But during check-in, we were told otherwise, that there was no connecting rooms. It was only after my mother had made some noise that they told us it was available.
not a great start for our holiday.
housekeeping wise, there was only 2 pillows despite having 2 queen/super single beds, and there was no towel provided for our rooms. this may sound trivial, but when you have to spend 30 minutes trying to call housekeeping to get some towels, I'd say that it's pretty significant. (mind you we weren't able to reach housekeeping till the very end, and gave up and resorted to using our children's towels)
the breakfast buffet is mediocre at best, and that is me being polite. salad leaves and garnish were not fresh, kuey tiaow goreng and nasi lemak were bland, roti canai were stiff, mee sup's broth were unseasoned, no pastry other than sad sponge cake.
the swimming pool is big. its not pretty though, a bit unkept, the floor around the pool was moldy in areas, and was painful to walk on if I'm completely honest.
the only positive thing that i can comment on was the in-room dining, although not exactly cheap, but it was fine for what we got, mee goreng mamak seafood had nice crispy prawn and good flavor nasi goreng klana had great wok hey, fried chicken were crispy and was well seasoned.

β β β β β I booked the hotel for 3 days 2 nights through booking.com but unfortunately without me realising the booking was transferred to agoda.com. fully paid. left the next day because there was a frog in the room. The hotel ease to agree to accept 1 night stay but the either booking.com or agoda.com did not agree with the refund as it is not refundable. This is unfair for consumers.

β β β β β The room is spacious n comfortable. All good. Had a good stay at the hotel. My children also enjoyed their time at the pool. Will definitely repeat my stay here.
