★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Calling since Monday to know my swab test result but they can't even get identity card number right. No wonder no record because they been keying wrong number all this while. All they know is arguing that they right, bang down the phone. Must I straight go to there on 20th February to get my quarantine wrist band cut without knowing what my result is ? ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called up 4 times this morning. Each time the phone rang and rang and rang...... and not a soul bothered to pick up and take my call. These dead wood need to learn from staff in KWSP (who are now more productive and more courteous)
