This is the longest review i made so far to express my disappointment with KLDSLR as one of their loyal customer. KLDSLR staff should improve their customer service and communication. They hardly reply my message. Even I resent the message, still no reply. It seems truth like some people say, they only like to entertain their favorite customers. Fyi, I am from outside Klang Valley but I have been supporting this shop for years since 2016. I have bought camera and accessories from them via online website, shopee and walk in at shop whenever i got chance to drop by KL. So they never know my face. Recently, i really wanted to buy 1 camera (maybe the value is too small for them so they can just ignore me). I already message several times (including reminding on different days) but no reply although the person is online. This makes me feel bad as one of their loyal customer. The shop should entertain their customer quickly especially those who really wants to buy a camera to get the sale. But it seems like they don't care. If the shop respond quickly, they would have sold 1 camera because i really wanted to buy that camera. But it is okay, their lost is my gain (if they care about the lost). Although i was frustrated with their service, I thankful for their behavior because the later they reply, the more time i have to decide whether to buy or not to buy the camera which at the end i decided not to buy the camera. I know KLDSLR is one of the well known camera shops in Malaysia, but the customer service is the most important. Usually when i go to shop, i ended up buying more stuff during my visit due to friendly seller. I feel comfortable to shop, feel like talking to a friend rather than stranger. So, I hope KLDSLR can improve this. Treat everyone same and fair although they are new customer. Who knows that new customer will invest a lot of money to your shop in future. Btw, there are 2 contact person according to their contact list. The person i sent the message was Mr N. In future, i will try to deal with another person (Mr Y) to see if he could provide better service. I will update again how the deal goes with Mr Y. [Update] Thank you Mr Adrian. I used to contact you before, and so far I have no problem communicating with you. I know you are dealing with online platform, sometimes I directly contact Mr Nicholas whenever I want to walk in to shop. I need quick respond as I am from outside KL, so I dont want to waste my time if I go to shop later the shop say no stock or whatsoever. That is why I contact Mr Nicholas to confirm the price and stock.

Good place and their collection is pretty good. The staff were really friendly and informative. Recommended if you're looking for cameras and related accessories (also drones).

Lousy customer service, only give a plastic bag after purchase. I bought a camera, not kangkung. Please at least give a bag.

Today I bought my new Sony A7R3A camera from this shop with quite good price. I am glad, I chose this shop. Tbh at the begging the location of the store and some comments on google made me feel uncomfortable but I wanted to give a chance. At the end it was a good decision.

Awesome place to get camera gear, amazing prices, but customer service can improve. Still a great place though.

I bought a camera, which Ingot cheapest in the market after it launched with goodies. The staffs were very friendly and they helped to get the bank transfer as I had issues to connect via mobile net. We also enquired about selling another DSLR and they had given very good suggestions.

Very efficient team. You get a quote for the items to buy and trade in. Then when u get there they get things ready very quickly. We'll stocked with many brands.

Despite of the comments I read from other readers, service here is pretty good -- to my satisfaction in fact. I walked in to get a camera and was served quite promptly. The person provided some suggestions although i have already decided what i want. As the camera was not in-stock, i got it the next day. Interestingly they didn't ask for a deposit and is appreciated. This is the cheapest i can find after searching online. Never heard of this camera shop prior to this. I will certainly come back. They also sell pre-owned camera and lens. If one doesn't mind older models (Sony, Canon, Nikon), there are bargain buys. Prices are as per their website. They always checked the website whenever i asked about price. Note: credit card incurs 2% surcharge. **i have to qualify: they seem do not pick up phone
