β β β β β Came 2 times to this shop. First visit was before lunch and there was a crazy crowd so opted to come BK again later in the afternoon. Thankfully it was not busy then. Waited in que and another lady just blitz passed me. The lady at the counter was not bothered and just took the other lady order. I left it and decided not to make a scene. When it was my turn it seemed the counter lady was not interested to take the order. I'm not sure why exactly did she behave this way but another guy stepped up and I placed my order. Decided to get a coconut special. Taste was ok. Its a decent drink but the vanilla ice cream wasn't that great. Overall ok but service needs to be better.

β β β β β Coconut shake here is very good because used fresh coconut and affordable price. Beside, they have local comfort foods, snacks and kuihs. Bought some of the fried spicy popiah and Nyonya kuih back to hotel....so delicious and still fresh after a day.

β β β β β RM3-4 for a cup of coconut shake special (comes with a scoop of vanilla ice cream). They also have a version without ice cream. A bit sweeter than desired but still a nice refreshing drink to enjoy. Service was really fast although the queue was long.

β β β β β Was told the coconut shake was only so-so. But because the weather is hot and we decided to drop by to try their coconut shake special on today 6/6/2022. Reached this place at around 11.15am. Made payment for 4 coconuts shake special and then collected the drinks at opposite counter. Happily I informed the staff that "Bang 4 coconut shake special". To my astonishing, I was replied by a rude and super unfriendly gesture as he blatantly uttered with "Boleh tunggu!!!?" Well, when the place gets famous and overloaded with customers. This is the kind of attitude and service given by the staff! Seperti peribahasa Melayu, kerana nila setitik rosak susu sebelanga! He could have answered with a more polite way as "Ok, tunggu yea" but he didn't!! This is not the worst yet, when finally reached my turn to collect the drinks. I politely asked if I can get the tray to collect my drinks. Again, the rude staff said "4 drinks tak ada tray!!!" He could have answered in a more polite way. The mood of initially joyous and happy to try their drinks were instantly being spoilt! For the drinks, it is absolutely overrated! The coconut shake special is nothing special to be honest, just some tasteless coconut drink that copiously being diluted with torrentious blended ice and you can only taste of the vanilla float instead. The price is acceptable and cheap but was treated with rude staff instead. I personally would not recommend to come all the way if you are not staying nearby. Not worth your time and money. PS: I humbly share the photos of the staff that have super bad attitude. Advise to the owner, please kindly train your staff. The mood of the customer is strongly linked to the attitude of the staff, not only your quality of the food or drink.

β β β β β The best coconut shake in Melaka city. There are some local snack and nasi lemak too. People start to come in from 11am onwards and prepare to queue if you come between 12 to 2pm. Parking lots are available at the back of the shop.

The coconut shake special at 4.40 ringgit is also especially popular with walls vanilla ice cream blended in for extra creaminess, making it a decadent treat for the scorching weather.
