★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For customer who are going to manjung from klia 2 or klia 1 highly recommend not to sit the fxxxking buss from airport . It stop many station in kl city (especially star) only depart . Take more than 6 hours !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This modern airport served low fare airlines. The toilets are clean and spacious. The prayer room is convenient. If you love to shop between your flight this is the best for you. I guess it has more than 200 shops available here, from clothing, magazines, retails, foods and shoes. Recommended to spend at least an hour here and enjoy your shopping time!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A sub airport within the main KL air port facilitating domestic airlines and to international travel Air Asia airlines. While entering you have two gates one for domestic and one for international travel. System is fully automated from the place you get your boarding pass to submitting luggage. There are airline personnel stationed 24/7 around the premises in case you need an assistance. Number of counters are available to exchange foreign currency and number of mainstream cafeterias are there to fill your tummy. A relatively small duty free shop is there but prices are on a bit higher side.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's definitely a nice airport combined with shopping mall. While waiting friends come or sending friends off, it's definitely a great place to have some short shopping and even have a lot of restaurant. For people come early also nice as it is quite convenience. The self check in kiosk sometime have some system down problems, so better if coming for departing to travel, coming earlier is a must. I facing it one time, but luckily I can manage to get in the flight as I go there early.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gateway@KLIA2 is way better compared to the old LCCT.
However it is disappointed to note that it always overcrowded with long cues. Have to get ready a good walking shoe as need walk a lot before reaching your flight waiting area.
Anyway this Klia 2 gateway is complete with restaurants and shops for your to spend your free time before flight.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Departure Hall is located at Level 3 of Main Terminal Building at the klia2 airport. This big Departure Hall accommodates check in and luggage drop counters, various food & services shop, waiting area, public concourse before your pass the immigration counters, customs counters, and security check counters for Domestic or International Departures.KLIA2 one of most important airport in Malaysia.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Convenient and process all smooth here. Do note that this airport quite spacious and a bit far for their departure gate so you need to walk a lot. Can travel to here by bus from KL sentral around RM 15/adult or you can use KLIA transit for better option but quite pricey around RM45. Prayer room(need to bring your own telekung due to COVID-19 safety prevention) and toilets are well maintain.
