I was started my travel from Shri Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj international airport Mumbai on 13th September 2018 and I reach Kuala Lumpur International Airport on 1st of October 2018 call Udhampur International Airport Terminal 2 is very beautiful and all the amenities present in the airport it was very nice experience in my life Idea port from Kuala Lumpur International Airport on 10th of October 2018 best journey in my life.

The car and GPS were OK but they will rip you off for gas at the end. I rented a Proton Saga for 4 days to go to Cameron Highlands and Georgetown from Klia2. They provided the car with a full tank of gas and let me know that I should return it full. When filling up at the Petronas station just 2km from the airport, I noticed that I could only fill up to 7/8 gas. The last bar would not go. I topped off a couple of times which is not the best for the air, but I wanted to have it full. It would not fill. When I returned back to the airport, they charged me Rm 15 for the 1/8 tank, which I pointed out was not my fault. When I let the rep know I had done my best to fill it up, he said that there is no way around the charge. He pointed out that he had already printed off the invoice and there was no way to reprint it! That was insulting to say the least. (Just tell me it is policy or how I screwed up rather than lying about the printer.) I advised him not to fill up the tank to full since the next customer would have the same problem. Then he assured me that of course they would fill it up for the next customer to be sure that they have a full tank. Yes, of course they will rip off the next customer too. That makes sense. This really left a terrible memory of a rental experience that was otherwise positive. All I can say is that the fuel gauge on their Proton Saga was rigged and that they have awful customer service. I would go somewhere else next time. There are at least 5 rental agencies lined up in the same location.

Bad experience dropping off car at Hertz KLIA2 airport terminal Picked up car at Penang airport and returned at KL airport after 8 days. No information/sketch was provided at all about exactly where and how to drop off the car. Followed google search and map directions as well as asking a number of people and security staff in car park location. Needed to take a machine ticket to gain entry into car park where drop-off parking slots were located. No information/instruction had been provided about this and what to do with this entry ticket. Subsequently I was charged MYR121 for not leaving the ticket inside the car! My fault?? After the first issue of eventually getting to the correct return slots (against a security staff's instruction to avoid parking there and to move on, resulting in going round and round the car park), the second issue was finding where to leave the car keys! After sometime pulling my luggage around and nearly missing my flight, found it on a different floor through two lifts. Between Hertz and airport management, there is no simple logic or sense shared between them to have the car drop-off point and keys drop-off point to be at the same location! Rented cars many times before in various parts of the world. This is my worst experience in dropping off the car. Thus I would avoid Hertz in future.

Booth at KLIA2 is closed. So we had to take shuttle bus from KLIA2 to KLIA to pick up our car which took us 30 mins. Luckily we left our luggage at Tune Hotel. Finally, the Hertz booth at KLIA is not within the airport building. It is located at Carpark C/D opposite airport, ground floor. Lift there was out of order too.. After spent some time to find it, good thing was staff was nice and the process to get our car was pretty fast.
