Pada 2/2/2019 saya datang sebelum time rehat dalam 1.10pm tidak dilayan disuruh datang semula pada jam 3.30pm sedangkan time rehat habis 3.00pm. Dressing hanya waktu pagi?? Sedangkan ditempat saya klinik 1 malaysia (Sg Merab Kajang) dressing sehingga 5pm. Saya sudah nyatakan bahawa saya dari luar kawasan dan tidak tahu jadual mereka saya meminta bantuan mereka untuk dressing kerana luka saya sudah basah dan berdarah tetap tidak dilayan dan menyuruh saya datang keesokkan harinya. Memang saya tidak berpuas hati. Selepas itu saya terus mendapatkan rawatan di hospital kluang.
 Bad service ... ?????
On 2/2/2019 I came before a break in 1.10pm was not entertained to come back at 3.30pm while the rest time was 3.00pm. Dressing just the morning ?? While at my clinic 1 malaysia (Sg Merab Kajang) dressing up to 5pm. I have already stated that I am from outside the area and do not know their schedule I ask for their help for dressing because my wounds are soaked and bleeding will not be entertained and told me to come the next day. I am not satisfied. After that I continued to seek treatment at the Kluang Hospital.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pengalaman saya dekat klinik ni sangat disappointed . Staff2 nye memekak bising dekat dalam klinik tuh perangai macam apa. Kita ni tengah penat sakit so hormat la sikit kat pesakit2 tuh. Improve la customer service tu yee. Kesian la sikit kat patient2 yang tengah mengalami kesakitan melawan dugaan. Terus terang cakap ni klinik paling teruk saya pernah jumpe setakat ni. Harap pihak atasan buat tindakan yg sewajarnya.. Clinic bukan tempat bercakap dan bising tak tentu pasal lagi2 staff2 yg buat bising
My experience near this clinic was very disappointed. Staff2 nye deaf noisy near in the clinic tuh what kind of behavior. We are tired of the pain so we respect the patients a little. Improve customer service tu yee. He felt a little sorry for the patient who was in pain against the allegation. Frankly speaking this is the worst clinic I have ever come across so far. Please the superiors to take appropriate action .. The clinic is not a place to talk and make noise, not necessarily because there are more staff2 who make noise
