★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad experience with this clinic. Did not even get to see the Dr due to rude receptionist. She was on the phone with a ‘patient’. When I first come in at 8.45, she did not even bother to hold her conversation and told me that the Dr will be in at 9.30am. She could have paused talking to the phone and inform me the Dr will be a bit late & ask me to sit. This is common etiquette. Instead she kept talking on the phone and I was just standing like a statue. After 3 mins of standing, I asked whether the Dr is in. She just shake her head while her mouth still talking to the phone. And another 3 minutes of standing, I finally asked her again. Only to be scolded by her, n only to say the Dr will come at 9.30am. I asked her whether she didnt see me standing for so long and she justified her action by saying she’s talking to a patient on the phone. Hello, am I not a customer & a patient too? According to her its because she’s known the ‘patient’ she talked too. Apparently new patient is not welcomed and she didnt even apologise.
