staff also being rude to old people who are illiteracy . We understand that u are tired but atleast dont act rude to the old people

β β β β β In regards to Eric Lim's feedback of this clinic. I am disgusted with medical staff or doctors who do not having compassion on old elderly or anyone who are unwell. Compassion is the top criteria beside having the cert.

β β β β β Very rude staff. In the opening and closing schedule they put in front of clinic didnt state rest time, yet they close the clinic. Reach about 7.45pm and we saw staff in there, trying to ask is it still open, staff buat bodoh ignoring us. I have a 70+ years old uncle fell down with big wound and bleeding nonstop. Is that how government medical staff treat a wounded old man? 0 emphaty. They just waiting time to pass and knock off. Really shameful.
