To force a patient to go out far to find small change is just bad bad move and it's just ridiculous.Sticker panel is incorrect on the windows ,saying that my panel is not available but there's a sticker clearly says that it takes MediClinic, Pricy,would not come again.

I have a bit problem with the panel coverages. I was ok to pay. I just expressing my curiosity. The staff may answer me politely. But he chose to be cynical. During the payment, the staff refused to accept the money with a bit crumple. Omg.. you want to keep it into the bank, right? Cannot brain.

r	rey sm on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked for an appointment for swab test 2 days prior for the test and i got placed last for the day and instead of apologising and owning up for their mistakes, they just brush it off by saying its the ranking of appointments when i just saw my friend who had a walk in for the swab test and he is ranked higher and earlier than me. Ended up waiting for 1 hour in which it could be done earlier. Bad service, bad management and is not entirely friendly. And the swab test results would be given after 2 hours prior to the swab test. Not recommended for the swab test and overall the service is very low in intelligence and performance.
