β β β β β Thereβs only one doctor in this clinic. When I had asthma attack, she gave me a neb using a very old βmaskβ and I had trouble inhaling the gas. They charged me for it and never bothered to listen to my complaint. I went to another clinic right after. Worst clinic ever!

β β β β β They took very long to attend to me even though I was the only customer. On top of that, the medications prescribed wasnβt the best for me as well. Overall, wouldnβt come back here again

β β β β β My mum visited the clinic for medical check up and did full blood test (general screening profile). Its been almost a month but we didnt get a call from the clinic to review the blood test report. We made two visits to the clinic but the clinic was closed. All phone calls were not answered!!! Although when the clinic is open, they not answering calls. We called the nearby laundry shop to help us to check whether the clinic is open and yes, its open. but yet they not answering calls!!!! Worst service ever. Its the duty of the nurses/staff who should segregate the report and let the duty Dr know on any pending reports which need review. My mum is worried of her blood test report. Any findings on blood test report even a smallest one, I will definitely go after the clinic!!!
