β β β β β Terrible service, appointment make on 11am for review of report and we arrived 10 mins earlier. Waited 20mins and a guy come after that. You know what? They let that guy come after us go in first and let us continue waited for more than 30 mins. I guess bcoz of report review is not a new business.

β β β β β The moment I walked in, I felt like its the most comforting clinic I have ever been to. The lady at the reception was warm and friendly and had a smile on her face. She was also very efficient. The space is great and seating areas are comfortable. The restrooms are clean and spacious also. Overall, a breath of fresh air compared to the congested clinics around the area. The doctor was extremely attentive and efficient as well. Would come here for checkups in future.

The doctor is truly great at her job, and knowledgeable nurse and reception staffs is friendly, kind & courteous. This will be my priority clinic and highly recommended for their good services. β β β β β Takes forever to get an appointment just to take my medical report, which requires only a good 10 minutes. I guess an appointment will be given a faster slot if you have active treatment which require payment.
Once payment is done, they donβt even follow up with phone calls for your medical report. Worse thing is not even responsive to my WhatsApp enquiry(read and ignore)?
Overall Dr Tan is good and thorough, but it can be better if the Chinese receptionist can be more friendly and less arrogant.
