★ ★ ★ ★ ★ nak tegur sikit,patutnya kalau tak nak rawat orang yang ada gejala demam/selsema etc disebabkan covid. letaklah info dekat luar,jangan la buang masa orang datang tunggu kat luar tu dalam keadaan sakit then hanya untuk dengar "cik kena pergi klinik yang ada swab test dulu untuk rawatan." and klinik seberang jalan tak ada pun suruh swab test tapi take safety measurement and ikut sop untuk treat patient.
 want to reprimand a little, it's worth it if you don't want to treat people who have symptoms of fever/cold etc due to covid. Put the info near the outside, don't waste time people come to wait outside in pain then just to hear "you have to go to the clinic that has a swab test first for treatment." and the clinic across the street didn't even ask for a swab test but take a safety measurement and take the soup to treat the patient.

Likes asking background of the sickness especially if fever the location the patient is from if dengue prone areas he will without hesitation recommend a blood test which can be carried out at the clinic

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst clinic in Malaysia. Unfriendly staff(Rude n not greet u as patient). Denied entry to the clinic for not having a PCR test. I asked whether to enter a clinic, is a compulsary to do PCR test according to SOPs? Wow they said yes! I told them that you dont follow SOPs and did not understands the SOPs. I did explained that i already do both rapid nasal and saliva tests and the results came out negative. Still they denied me to enter the clinic even i am vaccinated with also booster. If u at a Ampangan, just go KLINIK PENAWAR (Reliable doctor n staff). NOT RECOMMENDED N DONT COME HERE!
