β β β β β Alhamdulillah terima kasih tak terhingga staff2 anjung karisma seremban ni memudahkan urusan saya yg positive COVID-19. Mereka benarkan consult melalui phone dan wakil pickup ubat depan klinik. Tak perlu masuk pon sebab risau risiko. Moga Allah balas jasa kpd yg membantu kami. Kalau dtg klinik sebelum ni pon lembut staf melayan patient. Dr mizua pon baik.
Lain pulak klinik anjung senawang yg tak benarkan kami ambil ubat dan perlu wakilkan jiran atau kawan2. Kami perlukan ubat, kenapa tak boleh mudahkan urusan kami. Dah banyak klinik yg consult melalui fone dan video call sejak ade covid ni. Bila mintak letak je ubat kat depan klinik, kata takde meja kat luar. Letak je atas lantai xde sape nak bising. Bila dtg pon muka masam mcam nak makan orang.
Alhamdulillah, thank you so much, staff2 anjung karisma seremban, this makes my business positive, COVID-19. They allow consult by phone and the medicine pickup representative in front of the clinic. No need to enter the pound because of risk. May God reward those who help us. If you come to the clinic before this, the staff will serve the patient. Dr. mizua pounds well.
Another is the Anjung Senawang clinic that does not allow us to take medicine and needs to represent neighbors or friends. We need medicine, why can't we make things easier. Many clinics have consulted via phone and video call since Covid. When asked to place the medicine in front of the clinic, he said there was no table outside. Put it on the floor because it's noisy. When it comes to sour face pounds like wanting to eat people.

β β β β β Service and medication are excellent. Friendly staffs, experienced doctors. The services by doctors and staffs are always beyond compare. However, 1 have 1 simple auggestion but will give a huge impact to the harmonious of the situation in the clinic
The suggestion is simple, a memo about the importance of queueing on the glass door before entering the clinic. Some patients do not understand that the queue start in front of the glass door, not from in their car. When other patient ask them nicely to queue up, they will get mad and curse other patients like what I have experienced today.
After 20 minutes in the car, I jumped out to get the 1st queue in front of the clinic with my daughter aged 2 years old. After about 5 minutes waiting, a middle-age lady (a makcik actually) rushing out from her silver kelisa W*****3 and cut the queue. When the glass door has opened, she rushing in and I have nicely said that we need to queue. She raised her voice and harshly said she has arrived and waited in the car earlier than everbody else (which I think ridiculous). How can she said she is the 1st one arrived as she is not even in front of the clinic, unless the cinic has a drive through. Then, she must have been the 1st one, and nobody will cut her out from the queue, just like Macdonald's.
Her words were harsh and i just try to ignore by talking to my daughter. After I have finished my session with the doctor, she and her son shout at me. I have ignored but said 'i talked nicely to you, why do you need to shout?'. Her son get even angrier with me and keep shouting like a crazy man and say a few harsh words to me before he get into the doctor's room. By law, I can lodge a police repirt and plan to do so after I write this review. This is actually some Malaysian's attitude that is difficult to change. How sad...
I have seen the same situation a few times at the clinic happened to other patients but not as worst as what I have experienced today. Although you are actually trying to educate them, they will take it negatively and start raging . Some of them even have the gut to shout in the public and curse other people without feeling ashamed.
Before I leave NZ, a friend of mine said, do you really want to go back to Malaysia? Because you have changed, and they are not. I said, it's okay, we will try to educate them. Until now, I know it's difficult. Sometimes, i feel that it is beyond repair.
Therefore, one simple way to educate the Malaysian is by having a simple memo and a reminder before they enter the premise. I really hope that this suggestion is taken seriously into account.
Thank you very much.
