 The staff was a bit rude in answering the phone. No intimacy at all. So I'm not going here. Sorry.

I went to this clinic to clean wound I got from a road accident.
The nurse who welcomed and treated me was polite and calm. Suddenly, an Indian lady doctor by the name Dr.Rethi came into the room and asked provocative questions. I briefly explained to her how I got into the accident.
She was not satisfied with my answer, provoked me with rude statement and slam her door. I said, I'm sorry if she felt offended but I'm controlling my pain and she should be calming me, instead of provoking me.
As patient and customer from the neighborhood, Klinik Adenin has always been my family choice. We were satisfied with the care and treatment provided by other the staff nurse and all other doctors, except Dr.Rethi.
I would recommend the top management to conduct proper hiring, and on-boarding process. If necessary, the clinic should install audio recorder to ensure patient/customer is treated with high respect and empathy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Im Sheikh Syahid Bajrai. i went for RTK on 30/10/2021 for the sake of work. i hope the clinic's owner read this. DR SUHAILY, please learn some manners and interection skills. The way you talk and answer question does not portray your title as a DR. Thus, i did not call you DR. Belittling the amount of money i pay for my rtk(rm80), treating patient as you please and answering question with provocation doesn’t make you a good DOCTOR.
