★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As a first timer I am really impressed of the service I’ve received by the staff. The staff and Dr Naemah so kind, friendly and helpful with precise information as I asked. I will have absolutely no problem to visit Klinik Siti Ampang again and will recommend to my friends and family. Thanks a lot to the staff that serve me today, they and Dr Naemah makes my day even tho I’m not so well. ✨??

Unwelcoming front desk.
Frontdesk clerk being quite rude towards us when registering with panel line. we have to wait a long time before our matters is attended. I have to put an assertion towards the said staff only then she decide to be less hostile
Doctor is quite unattentive towards my wife issue, listening with insensitive gesture. Assuming a lack of empathy from the doctors side.
this is a disgrace towards Klinik Siti quality of maternity care!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time goes here.. taking booster shot.. absolutely the best service here.. the staffs (zati and yuni) are really helpful and very efficient in their work. Despite there is a lot of people, they know how to do their job in controlling and organising the people here..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came to collect blood result today. I informed the staff that I am not going to see the doctor, just there to collect my blood result.
Then, they made me waited for 15 - 20 minutes unentertained. I got so frustrated and got up from the chair had to ask again for my blood result at the counter. Subsequently, they responded and it only took about less than a minute to search for my folder.
What kind of non sense is this?
You made me waited 15- 20 minutes unentertained for a task that you could accomplish in less than a minute !!!! Shame on you, you need to train your staff on what is to prioritise and what is not.

Ges what? At the end of the day, No one apologize for the bad service ...believe me no one there is even bothered to apologize !

If you are looking for muslim and women-friendly kind of clinic, I fully recommended this clinic. Staff semua wanita muslim. Selesa untuk golongan wanita.
Staff dan doctor very friendly and knowledgeable. I am having good end to end service experience with them.
Pada para suami yang nak bawa isteri for periodic pregnancy check up, clinic Siti is the place for you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Made a mistake going here again. 2nd time being ripped off for unclear pricing, kid had cough and was charged close to RM100, not transparent. Dont mind paying consultation if the doctor was in a better spirit.
Medicine dosage was wrong (and dangerous) as it stated the daily intake and not each time intake, only realized this after leaving.
Never coming again and not suggesting anyone too
