★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1.Pergi ke kaunter pendaftaran,tiada staff yang layan dan agak menunggu lama
2.Selepas saringan amik suhu semua,sangatlah la lama menunggu...sepatutnya ada 3 patient lagi..tapi x dek org pun yg sedang tunggu giliran..kite sengsorg dalam klinik dan satu staf pun x dek dekt kaunter..dengar staf gelak2x di belakang..
Kita rasa sakit hati,terus je keluar klinik.
 1. Go to the registration counter, no staff and wait a long time
2.After the amik temperature screening of all, it was a very long wait ... there should be 3 more patients..but x deck people were also waiting their turn..kite sengsorg in the clinic and one staff x deck dekt counter..listen to the staff laughing2x behind..
We feel hurt, keep going out of the clinic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This clinic cannot used AIA insyurance. The service is very good but not flexible and freindly used to payable. Pls inprove this facility and take example from Ajwa Clinic Shah Alam.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very unprofessional of the locum doctor that on duty on 30/11/19 saturday morning. Turn down the patients, the excuse is not free. Hope the owner of this klinik take note. First and last for me to this klinik.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Husband came to this clinic today, waited for 45mins with only 3 patients inside.Told the front desk that he needs to hurry because he got a pregnant wife waiting in the car. Unfortunately, the front desk did nothing. Dear klinik ajwa, please be selective when it comes to hiring ur staff especially ur front desk. This is what happen when ur staffs are lacking of PR skills.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My family go to clinic. The doctors are friendly and very descriptive in explaining. The only thing I have issues with is the waiting time. Sometimes it takes nearly an hour for only 2 waiting patients in the clinic. On daily basis, this clinic is always crowded with patients. Hopefully there will be more doctors on duty in the future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had the worst experience. My baby have to wait almost an hour untuk jumpa doktor. Baby I menangis for the 40-45minutes non stop but they just dont care. Btw masa tu ada dua patient je. Which is my baby and one pregnant lady dtg untuk scan kot. Lama sebab doktor scan that lady. So we just wasted our 45minutes here then we decide to go to new clinic nearby sebab baby i memang tak stop menangis and guess what waiting time there only 5 minutes je. So never bring your child here. You will end up wasting ur time.
