★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is no regular clinic. You will be treated according to the hospital procedure but without the hassle like normal hospitals. You feel like you are in a private hospital - high class!
The staff of this clinic are friendly. You will be attended by them before meeting the doctor. The doctor (Dr Khairi) is soft-spoken and you can ask him about anything regarding your health.
The fees are reasonable. They even display the fees on the registration desk. This clinic has a small playroom for kids to play around while waiting. Books & TV are also available.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you are willing to wait 2 hours just to see the doctor, this is the place. Staff handling the registration will only give you the same answer when we ask when is our turn. Unprofessional staffs on duty, assume on patient’s sickness without asking properly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nurses were professional in handling the registration and administrative issues. However the person administring the RTK test for my son did not administer it professionally I feel. With all the RTKs I've done so far none has made my son cry this much. It seemed way too deep for a child. I hope that the management can look into the training of their staff with regards to handling children.
