β β β β β Waited for 2 hours. But it's really worth the wait. Great Doctor! Nurses are quite rude though(would give 5 stars if its better), but the front desk guy named Erik is a very helpful and informative guy. Always smiling! According to him, Doctor Kwan is not only a major in rheumatism, but he can also treat bone spur, anything regarding the nerve in the body, urea acid and so much more(can't remember)
Has 3 outlets. Clinic, pharmacy and even a cafe! Loved the design there!
Overall experience was top notch. Albeit the minor hiccups with one of the nurse. Definitely recommended.

β β β β β Pls don't just give Voltaren and Maalox plus to patient, it is useless and not suitable to consume for long term, as it will cause ulcer in stomach. It is NOT A GOOD CLINIC

β β β β β My 89 years old mom bend 45Β° in pain. my brother took her there. Treatment n consultation 4 times. Dr said she's ok altho ahe still complaints. After 5-6 months no more complaint of her back and she is back to her straight posture. Able to walk altho weak due to age n medications. Completed her treatment with injection, massage, Spa ( she liked this best). Very satisfied

β β β β β Totally misdiagnosed my condition. Even the teatment itself was ineffective. concerned as the type of medications prescriped was vague. Worst was when he injected my spine without informing and asking for my consent. Till now I have no idea what he injected me with. So I just stop going again

β β β β β My mother in law went to see this doctor 3 years ago... He manage to sooth her pain after 3 steroids injections.. eventually we assume that she had steroids overdose... And she passed away after 1.5 months.. so if you are in great pain he may be able to reduce your pain.. or heal u .. eventually you don't know when your side effects are going to attacks your immune system.. look up on Google on the side effects and functions. Of taking Steroids...

β β β β β Thankful to God for medical science. Dr Kwan treated my heel spur and lumbar spinal nerve compression. He's a very knowledgeable doctor. Efficient staff and nurses. Very popular treatment place for locals and foreigners.

β β β β β In a well-known specialist clinic, ur staffs shouldn't be like this.. Shall put on mask properly, all ur visiting patients had put on masks properly BUT not some of the staff. Please do not risk ur patients who mainly elderly. Just now this guy in pic even sitting on couch inside beside the receptionist, putting his legs onto the table...
